We finally got the journey underway – we’re building the website! Well, that’s one small aspect of what we’re actually building. The site is intended to be a way to engage and connect with potential customers. It’s also to help update our friends and family that are supporting us through this new endeavour. Finally, we wanted to document the process for ourselves and others. We expect this site to frequently updated over the next few months as we begin to build out the charter business and start the transition to Caribbean living.
The name ARAVILLA comes from Derek’s grandmother – Nelly Aravilla Alldritt – an elegant, fun-loving, energetic woman who travelled the world and lived to 102 years of age! We expect the boat and charter experience to continue in her spirit.
