Rum Caramel Topping (for Ginger Cake)
This decadence can be served over ginger cake or any type of cake, ice cream etc.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup rum
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Melt all ingredients gradually in saucepan. Simmer while stirring constantly until it reaches a slow boil. Will thicken more after removing from heat.
